Samuel

Samuel was dedicated to serve in the temple lived is life with prophets and priest in the house of God but no revelation of the word of God . While studying the book of Samuel i came across this verse "Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord : The word of the Lord had not yet been revealed to him". Wow

Its possible for a person to be going to church year in and out and still lack the revelation of the word of God. Hmmmm

Pray for revelation of the word of God in your life.

Thankful Heart 💓

Am grateful for alot of things, am looking forward to thanksgiving day. However every minute or day is just another reason to be thankful.

A True Friend

While i was busy wishing and praying for a genuine friend i just realized the qualities of "the best friend" i have ever craved for was the person of the Holy Spirit.
What an underserved gift, am humbled knowing you have been there all along but my mind was blind to see.

Prayer- Thank you God for such an amazing gift in the person of the Holy Spirit.

Life is a gift

That you are alive is a miracle. Life truly is a gift, dont be careless with this opportunity make great use of your time here on earth.
You will give account of your life, think deeply about this.

The Last Will be First: A parable of Amazing Grace

A summarized sermon from the message delivered by Pastor Dwayne Francois.

I have always read through this particular parable, I had a new insight on Sunday after am amazing sermon. I pray it blesses someone else reading this.

It's all about Matt. 20:1-16, the story about the landowner and the workers hired for labor. Often times we carry an entitlement mentality, and think grace stink when others are blessed who we think are not deserving. Forgetting God is a gracious God who is full of great mercy and compassion. And if you think you are in contract with God for "first will be first " wages you are totally missing out on amazing grace.

Today was awesome as there were lots of activities to mark Canada's day.
 
In all I was just grateful for so many things busy counting my unending blessings. Baba God you are awesome!

Worship in the good times and bad. In plenty and lack, confusion and peace. Under the sun or in the rain. When rich or poor, just worship even when nothing makes sense.

Just Awesome

So I had this awesome dream where I met an angel some time ago, I mean real angel. The appearance was truly magnificent, his armor was shining. His face was radiant and so was his presence, I shivered and quickly knelt down which was the first instinct that came to mind. Alas he spoke, am Angel Michael rise up, ghen ghen. His voice was full of grace and command lol.

I was lost in his presence awe at his gracious appearance, I had a million and one questions rising in me. Just then I received a tap on my head, twas my sunshine requesting for his midnight food. I quickly handed him his bottle waited patiently for him to be done, and hurried back to sleep to continue from where I stopped . Twas too late, he never showed up again.
            I woke up a bit sad but elated, twas an amazing dream. One of my favorite dreams, *long yawn*. I would love to be an angel someday I said to myself. Perhaps I can begin here on earth.
            Off to bed, hopefully will meet Angel Gabriel this cool night. Kiss kiss -muah

Happy Easter

It was an awesome celebration but most especially a reflection of our lives. What's the essence or significance of Jesus and his death? 
Redemption is the best word. Are you saved? According to 
Acts 4:12New King James Version (NKJV)

12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

I urge you to accept the Lord Jesus as your lord and personal savior, have a relationship with him today. Cos this is the core purpose of Jesus coming to earth to reconcile men unto God.

A special special Friend

Am not talking about your roommate/girlfriend/boyfriend/twineee/husband/wife/siblings/parents/family. Am talking about the person of the Holy Spirit, a friend so sure. The Holy spirit is ever ready to help, comfort, teach, assist you and give you a backing. My rant this beautiful midnight is the Holy Spirit is a great comforter, he pours his  calmness on me when am in a  troubled/worried situation . I just want to say I love you and trust you Holy spirit. Please don't leave me, forgive my wrongs of forsaking you, I promise to be a better friend. I love you. Sweet dreams.

Giving your life a meaning

Your life can only become meaningful or relevant when it is sitting on a solid foundation of God almighty. Are you a Christian? You must remain connected to your source, redeemer and savior.

A Walk With God

Why not take a walk with God in this journey of life. God promised us a comforter, teacher and helper. So all that is needed is for you to ask for the help of the Holy Spirit.
It's easy " Holy spirit teach me all things"
                     "Holy Spirit help me in my day to day activities.          swimming, studying, job etc.
                       "Sweet Holy Spirit comfort the hearts of those mourning"

Thank you father for this wonderful gift to mankind a true friend and comforter.

The Strength of my life

What do you do when the chips are down?
Where do you go to?
Who do you ask for help?

The Psalmist says I would lift up my eyes to the hills from whence cometh my help.

In this 2016 I urge you to look unto God for strength, wisdom, help, direction, comfort, inspiration, motivation, etc.

"God is our refuge and strength, a great help in times of distress" . Psalm 46:1
